NetScientific closes formal company sale process after no bids emerge

Healthcare intellectual property commercialisation group NetScientific said it had closed a formal sale process for the entire company after it failed to attract bids.

The company had announced in December that it wasn't talking to any potential suitors.

'This remains the case and the board is not aware of any parties who might now make such an approach or initiate such discussions,' NetScientific said.

The company said it continued to assess all of its remaining strategic options, including seeking additional funding from its shareholders.

Another option included taking material action to further cut costs, which may include seeking a de-listing, it added.

At 1:53pm: (LON:NSCI) Netscientific Plc share price was -2.74p at 3.76p
