Gulf Marine Service CFO John Brown to stand down in May

Gulf Marine Service said chief financial officer John Brown would resign in May next year.

Brown would stand down at the company's annual general meeting, scheduled for 28 May, after having assumed the role in January 2014.

The company said it had commenced the process of recruiting a successor.

'John has been an integral member of the Gulf Marine Services leadership team and I wish to express our gratitude for his valuable contribution and wish him all the very best for the future,' chairman Simon Heale said.
