ECR Minerals extends due diligence period for Iceberg mine investment

ECR Minerals said it had extended the due diligence period related to a potential investment in the Iceberg gold project in Western Australia state.

And original option agreement, entered into in August, provided a 60-day due diligence period.

The vendor Pacific Trends Resources had now agreed to extend the period by 30 days at no additional cost.

'ECR is working well with the vendors and anticipates the due diligence work of the company, and its advisors, will be completed during the coming weeks,' the company said.
