Coral Products requests waiver of loan covenant breaches

Plastic moulding group Coral Products said it was seeking a formal waiver of breaches of its loan covenants.

The company had announced last month that there had been historic breaches in the year through April 2018.

The lender, however, had since the end of April that had been no further breaches.

'A formal waiver of the historic breaches has been requested,' Coral said.

'A further announcement will be released once a response has been received.'

At 2:00pm: (LON:CRU) Coral Products PLC share price was +0.25p at 10.25p
