Metal Tiger raises £6.1m to fund Botswana copper JV

Metal Tiger said it had raised £6.1m from a share placement and private offering to Sprott Capital Partners.

The Sprott offering had closed oversubscribed, raising gross proceeds of around £2.6m, Metal Tiger said.

Proceeds would be used to fund the company's committment to the Kalahari copper project in Botswana with partner MOD Resources.
