IPE reappoints Invesco as investment manager

Invesco Perpetual Enhanced Income Limited said Wednesday it had reappointed Invesco as the investment manager of the company on terms previously agreed between both parties.

Invesco Perpetual Enhanced Income Limited, or IPE, said, subject to JFSC consent, it would reappoint Invesco as the manager of company on a revised management fee basis of 80 basis points on first £80m of net asset value, 70 basis points on the next £70m and 60 basis points thereafter. The terms represented the previously agreed arrangements between the parties, while the existing performance fee arrangements would be removed and the notice period reduced to 3 months, IPE said.
