XPS Pensions buys Polaris for £23.4m

(Sharecast News) - XPS Pensions Group on Monday said it was buying UK insurance consultancy Polaris Actuaries for £23.4m. The company said the deal would help it move into the "fragmented" UK insurance consulting market. A further £35m will be payable in three years contingent on achieving certain stretching business performance criteria, it added.

The deal is expected to complete at the end of February this year.
