Rupert Fenton joins Redmayne Bentley

Investment management and stockbroking firm Redmayne Bentley welcomes Investment Manager Rupert Fenton to its Leeds office.

Rupert brings over 30 years’ of experience in the investment management industry, having begun his career in 1988 at Hill Osborne and Co, where he was made a partner in 1997. In 2003, he became Head of the Bradford office, following a sale of the partnership to Brewin Dolphin. Rupert then managed the joining of the Bradford office with Leeds in 2012 and remained as Divisional Director for Brewin Dolphin in the Leeds financial district for a further seven years.

He joined the Redmayne Bentley Leeds office in late June 2020. Rupert said:
“I am delighted to be joining such a well-established firm that has a robust reputation for excellent customer service. I have received a very warm welcome from the Redmayne Bentley team, and I am delighted to be able to offer stockbroking and investment expertise, alongside my commitment to both long-standing and new clients”.

Rupert continues to provide stockbroking and investment management services to clients who had a relationship with him at Brewin Dolphin.

James Andrews, Director – Head of Investment Management at Redmayne Bentley, said:

“We are delighted to welcome someone of Rupert’s calibre to the firm and the Leeds Head Office. Rupert is very well-regarded both in the industry and by his long-standing clients, and he brings with him a wealth of experience and expertise. He is another great addition to the team as we continue to grow and expand the investment management business. As always, we welcome the opportunity to speak to individuals who would not only like to help us to continue to grow and succeed, but also who value their autonomy – our Investment Managers are not constrained by in-house ‘buy’ lists - and offer a truly bespoke and personal service to their clients. Our Investment Managers manage their own client relationships and are in direct contact with the person whose investments they manage and grow.”
