Senior IT Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our in-house IT team and plays a pivotal role within the business.  Proactively using Azure and Microsoft this role is based within the heart of London just a few minutes from Monument station.

What you will be doing:
You will be working as part of a small team over a fixed term taking a proactive role in many technology adaption projects. Within the role, you will be working across several functions within a highly-regulated sector. The position will see you supporting on virtual infrastructures from machine creation, patching, backups and site replication, among many.  Along with configuring, maintaining and supporting across a variety of applications and software’s.

What you will bring:
You’ll have technical expertise surrounding the essential functions of the position, along with confidence in your skills and liaising with your team and stakeholders when needed.  You will be able to apply initiative and take responsibility whilst resolving problems. Furthermore, you will be able to work under pressure whilst maintaining a level of professionalism and keen eye for detail.

Essential Functions:
  • Azure Virtual Networks, AD Administration including Security Centre Administration, and Monitoring.
  • 0365 Administration including EMS.
  • Windows Server Applications Support – installation and Admin
  • SQL Admin.
  • Virtual Machine Administration including Creation, Patching, Backups.
