What you will be doing
Reporting to the Asset Servicing Manager, you will act as a centre of excellence for all internal and external regulatory reporting enquiries to ensure enquires are dealt with in an effective and efficient manner.
You will develop strong internal and external networks to provide sound advice to the firm, improving processes and procedures and liaising with regulatory bodies to gain updates and aid any associated regulatory work. You will use your experience to prepare, calculate and submit several regulatory reports for the firm and external organisations.
Your knowledge and expertise, will allow you to identify performance and productivity trends to share with the wider operations department. Furthermore, you will support the director and other senior managers in assisting with cross team training along with other associated project work.
What you will bring to the Team
You will have sound regulatory reporting experience, with a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office packages including excel. You should be good with managing workloads and prioritising tasks under pressure. Experience of working in financial services or in a regulated environment is desired, along with knowledge of regulatory reporting (ie. QI reporting to IRS, HMRC etc).
Academic qualification requirements are 3 A Levels at grade A-C and 5. GCSEs including Maths and English at grades A-C or equivalent. IOC in Asset Servicing is desirable.
