Reconciliations Administrator

A vacancy has arisen within our Reconciliations department for a full-time Reconciliations Administrator.The successful candidate will report to the Reconciliations Department Manager. The main purpose of the role is to assist in the preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reconciliations to meet the FCA regulations and deadlines as well as supporting compliance of the firm’s risk framework and governance pack.

The successful candidate will have previous experience within an office environment, and a basic knowledge of the stockbroking industry is desirable.

In order to succeed you must have a high level of attention to detail, be able to work as part of a team with the ability to work under pressure, prioritise to meet tight deadlines and be able to learn new tasks quickly. In addition, numeracy skills and the ability to work with Microsoft office is also important. You should also be flexible to move and learn new skills as experience grows.

The role requires the successful candidate must be educated to A Level or equivalent and hold 5 GCSE grades A-C including Maths and English or equivalent. If the qualification criteria cannot be met, other relevant industry experience will be considered.

Hours of work: 9.00am to 5.00pm (35 hours per week)
