Redmayne Bentley are looking for 2 part-time Receptionists to join the team (between 15 and 22.5 hours per week), during an exciting time as we move to our brand-new Leeds office, on Wellington Place.
You will be the first and last person visitors see, so it is important to provide a warm welcome, and go above and beyond to ensure they feel a part of Redmayne Bentley and leave with a lasting impression.
Reporting to the Facilities and Health and Safety Manager you will oversee and manage the reception area, answering switchboard calls, arranging internal and external meetings and supporting expense bookings, ensuring everything functions efficiently and effectively.
Based in the bustling city centre of Leeds, we are only a short distance away from the train station. With great connections to several commutable locations means we can be easily accessed.
