PA to the Boards

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a PA to support our Main and Executive Boards and Control Committees at Redmayne Bentley’s Leeds Head Office. Located in the heart of the city centre financial district, and only a few minutes’ walk from Leeds train station.

What you will be doing
You will provide vital PA support to the Main and Executive Boards, assisting them in leading and developing the firm to meet its objectives. You will work particularly closely with our Chairman, supporting him daily with managing his diary, emails and correspondence.  However, no two days will be the same with you prioritising your own work, which will be a mix of proactive and reactive tasks.

What you will bring
A keen eye for detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and good organisational skills. You will be confident in liaising with multiple stakeholders across the firm and externally and acting as a key coordinator between board members and others. You will be comfortable in taking the initiative and taking responsibility, with a can-do attitude; proactively resolving problems, working under pressure and to tight deadlines. You will be able to demonstrate absolute discretion, while being approachable and easy going.

This is a part time role of 30 hours per week across five days with some flexibility.
