Nominee Administrator

A vacancy has arisen in the Nominees department, for a full-time Nominee Administrator.
 
Reporting to the Nominee Department Manager, the role is to provide the necessary operational support to the daily management of the Nominee facility of Redmayne Bentley.
 
The main tasks of the role are:
  • To carry out the opening and closing of Nominee facility accounts for clients.
  • To deal with the transfer in of stocks on behalf of all clients, updating the Portfolio records for each client to allow them to trade using the Front Office Dealing Team or Branch Executive as the customer requires.
  • To help produce the month end report analysis.
  • To update/process stock and cash distributions into client accounts as requested.
  • To carry out regular and ad hoc reconciliations as required by regulatory standards and departmental management.
  • To produce and distribute regular and ad hoc reports/statements to clients in accordance with company standards, product specifications or client requirements.
  • To carry out any other duties as requested by departmental or senior management to support the department or company.
The successful candidate will have knowledge of the financial services, ideally within Nominees or ISAs and will preferably have 2 years office experience within the financial services industry.
 
In order to succeed you must be able to work as part of a team with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise to meet tight deadlines. Flexibility to move and learn new skills as experience grows within and outside the department is also important.
 
The role requires the successful candidate to have 5 GCSEs grade A-C including Maths and English or equivalent as well as a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. If the qualification criteria cannot be met, other relevant industry experience will be considered.
