Internal Recruitment Officer

Are you passionate about networking with talented individuals and helping to match them with exciting new roles?

We are looking for a skilled recruitment officer to come and join the human resources team to manage the internal recruitment process, from candidate attraction and selection through to onboarding.

If you are approachable and confident in supporting managers through the recruitment process and looking for a new opportunity or further development in an award-winning firm, then Redmayne Bentley is the place for you!

You will work closely with the wider HR team creating and embedding change within an established financial Firm, improving, and streamlining the recruitment processes to ensure we are both reflecting the Firm’s Values and Culture and meeting performance targets. This role will also involve looking at our branding and provide you with the chance to launch and oversee a new candidate ATS system.    

Based in the bustling city centres of Leeds, we are only a short distance away from the train station, with great connections to several commutable locations mean we can be easily accessed. Our new hybrid working allows for the ability to from the comfort of your own home too.
