HR Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 12 month fixed term Administrator to join the HR Team at Redmayne Bentley’s Leeds Head Office, located in the heart of the city’s financial district, and only a few minutes’ walk from Leeds train station.

The role
The successful candidate will be working in a Human Resource team, within the Financial industry supporting an award-winning Investment Management firm.

Working with the HR Operations team you will review the employee life cycle; from candidate attraction, recruitment and onboarding right through to the exit process. You will assist the HR team responding to general enquires, complete administration tasks and support projects.  

You will have the opportunity to work closely with the wider teams creating and embedding change within an established financial Firm, improving and streamlining processes to ensure we are reflecting the Firm’s Values and Culture.

Applicants should have a related degree and have previous experience of working within a HR team. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and general technological confidence is also a must. Academic qualification requirements are 3 A Levels at grade A-C and 5 GCSEs including Maths and English at grades A-C or equivalent.
