As an award-winning firm we are looking for new HR Administrator to come and join the HR Operations team. You will be responsible for the employee life cycle administration, from candidate attraction, recruitment, and onboarding right through to the leaver process.
Managing the shared inboxes, you will provide timely responses to general recruitment enquires, complete administration tasks and support on exciting projects to meet both strategic and operational goals of the department.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with the wider HR team creating and embedding change within an established financial Firm, improving, and streamlining processes to ensure we are reflecting the Firm’s Values and Culture. Additionally, this role will provide you with a range of HR learning and development opportunities.
