Data Management Manager

An opportunity has arisen for a Data Management Manager to join the Data Management Department at Redmayne Bentley’s Leeds Head Office. Located in the heart of the city centre financial district, and only a few minutes’ walk from Leeds train station.

What you will be doing
Reporting to the Head of Asset Services and Settlements, you will be responsible for ensuring your team is meeting the overall regulatory obligations for the department. Your team will provide an excellent level of service, maintaining and managing data against the required regulatory standards.

You will be provide line manager support for personal and work-related matters, coach, and provide people management and/or technical advice to team members to improve overall quality, performance, and productivity. 

Working closely with key stakeholders you will be looking at opportunities to drive process improvement and efficiencies, support on department and firm wide projects and identify any trends to ensure the effective running and competency of the department. 

What you will bring
The successful candidate will have previous management experience working within the financial services, or in a similar regulated industry and either hold a level 3 CISI IOC (IAQ) qualification or be open to working towards achieving it.

You will have strong stakeholder management skills and be able to demonstrate where you have successfully implemented process improvements. Your management style should gain commitment from the team to deliver the required standards and meet targets whilst at the same time be approachable and supportive.
