Data Management Administrator

The Data Management Department is seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Data Management Administrator to join their team at Leeds head office.

Main duties and responsibilities
  • Creating, maintaining and deleting standing data
  • Updating internal records to reflect work in progress
  • Continuously developing personal skills
  • Maintaining a good knowledge of CLIENWAM
  • Dealing with telephone queries, both internally and externally
  • Carrying out other ad-hoc duties as required by the department and the team managers
  • Suggesting recommendations on areas of improvement which can lead to improved efficiency and/or a reduction in costs
Desirable skills and experience
  • One year’s experience of working within an office environment
  • Knowledge of stockbroking/back-office functions
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Office knowledge
  • In-house database systems
  • Team worker, accurate, ability to work to a tight schedule and under pressure
  • Flexible to move and learn new skills as experience grows within and outside of department
Desirable Qualification

5 GCSEs (grades A – C) or equivalent including Maths and English.
