Data Management Administrator

A vacancy has arisen within our Data Management Team for a full-time Data Management Administrator. Reporting to the Data Management Team Manager, the purpose of the role is to assist in the day-to-day administration of the Data Management Team, including providing the necessary operational support, maintenance and updates.

Some of the main tasks which the role involves are:

To create, maintain and delete standing data.

  • To update internal records to reflect work in progress.
  • To maintain a good knowledge of CLIENWAM.
  • To deal with telephone queries both internally and externally.
  • To analyse Client data & make the necessary amendments.
  • To carry out other duties as required by the department and team managers.
  • To make recommendations on areas of improvement - which can lead to improved efficiency and/or a reduction in costs.
  • To take part in the Month End rota and to action the Crest Transmissions prior to the auto EOD routines starting at 18.00.
  • To provide assistance to maintain the automated SOD/EOD procedures.
The successful candidate will have previous general experience within the back office function or general office experience.
 
An intermediate level of Microsoft office skills are required for the role (this includes familiarity of using Microsoft Excel for V Look Ups) Knowledge of the Minnie system would also be beneficial for the role.
 
In order to succeed you must be a team player with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure whilst prioritising to meet tight deadlines. You should also have the willingness to learn new skills and cross skill across departments.

The role requires the successful candidate to have 5 GCSEs grade A-C including Maths and English or equivalent. If the qualification criteria cannot be met, other relevant industry experience will be considered.

Hours of work: 9.00am to 5.00pm (35 hours per week)
