Custody Management (Transfers) Assistant Manager

Do you have a passion for supporting and developing teams, as well as experience of working within an Investment and Stockbroking firm or a similar financial organisation?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Custody Management Assistant Manager to join the Transfers Team at Redmayne Bentley's LEeds Head Office, located only a few minutes' walk from Leeds train station with great commuter links.

You will be responsible for supporting the daily management of staff workflows within the Transfers team, producing high quality MI to meet service standards, technical requirements, and regulatory obligations.

Some of your duties will include indentifying opportunities to streamline existing processes and to build robust controls and checks on quality, timeliness and accuracy. You will ensure customer care is a priority for the team and encourage a TCF 'outcomes-based' environment.
