Corporate Actions Specialist

Do you have knowledge of how financial markets operate and experience of working within the back office of a stockbroking firm, or a similar financial organisation?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Actions Specialist to join the Corporate Actions Team at Redmayne Bentley’s Leeds Head Office, located only a few minutes’ walk from Leeds train station with great commuter links.

The successful candidate will be providing specialist support to the team with the creation, processing and reconciliation of Corporate Actions, within departmental and regulatory rules and timeframes.

Some of your duties will include scrutinising and interpretating documents for onwards transmission, processing stock and cash distributions and producing and distributing regular and ad hoc letters, documents, reports and statements to executives.
