Compliance (Monitoring) Officer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Officer to join Redmayne Bentley at our Leeds Head Office.  The office is ideally located in the heart of the city centre financial district, and only a few minutes’ walk from Leeds train station.

What you will be doing
You will work closely with a wider compliance team to ensure the firm fulfils the Financial Conduct Authority’s requirements and meet the rules of the Financial Services and Markets Act. The role involves basic monitoring activities out other duties to support the wider team.

What you will bring
The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing and demonstrate evidence of influencing positive outcomes in your previous roles.  You will be comfortable in using your initiative and taking responsibility whilst working under pressure and to tight deadlines.

You would have worked in the financial services ideally with knowledge and understanding of risk and profiling requirements.

The successful candidate will be educated to at least A level standard but some progress towards a financial services qualification is desirable.
