Administrator (Part-time)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Part-Time Administrator to join our Investment Management team.  The role is based at the firm’s Hereford Office, ideally situated in the town centre. This role offers exposure to the fascinating world of Investment Management and Stockbroking.

Our Head of Office is responsible for creating, advising upon and managing individually tailored portfolios designed to achieve our clients’ investment objectives.  As an Administrator you will support and assist the Head of Office in administration and secretarial duties.

You will be responsible for preparing review letters, client packs, valuations and will liaise with colleagues in our Leeds Head Office. You will assist with general client enquiries and office administration, and draft monthly reports. For the correct candidate there will also be an opportunity to progress by taking exams to train as a Stockbroker.

What you will bring to the team
You will have basic Microsoft Office skills and have experience of audio typing. Have a keen eye for detail along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to build relationships with our clients and deliver an exceptional service. You will have the ability to work to tight deadlines as a team player, with an enthusiasm and willingness to help others.
