Cranswick company secretary steps down

01 August 2017 08:45

Cranswick company secretary Malcolm Windeatt has stepped down from the role and will retire on 31 March after 28 years with the company, the last 10 years of which have been as company secretary.

Windeatt stepped down as company secretary yesterday and was succeeded by Steven Glover, who joined the company in May.

Glover was previously with international law firm Squire Patton Boggs where he was a partner for 19 years and, since 2008, head of the Leeds office corporate team.

Cranswick said Glover brought a wealth of M&A and corporate governance knowledge and experience to the company.

The board thanked Windeatt for his support and guidance over the last decade and wished him well in the years ahead.

At 8:45am: (LON:CWK) Cranswick PLC share price was -7p at 2895p
