JPMorgan Japanese IT to delist from NZ Stock Exchange

28 July 2017 09:16

JPMorgan Japanese Investment Trust intends to delist from the New Zealand Stock Exchange with effect from 4 September.

JFJ said the board considered that the administrative and compliance costs of maintaining a secondary listing in New Zealand had become disproportionate to the benefits of maintaining that listing.

It said delisting from the NZX would enable JFJ to save on the ongoing listing fees, legal fees, and registry costs associated with maintaining its NZX listing.

At 9:16am: (LON:JFJ) JPMorgan Japanese Investment Trust Plc share price was +3.25p at 371.5p
