Experian to issue bonds

Experian said it has priced an issue of €500m 1.375% bonds due 2026.

The bonds will be issued by Experian Finance under the terms of its Euro Medium Term Note Programme, which is guaranteed by Experian plc.

This bond issue extends the maturity of the Group's debt portfolio and diversifies its funding sources. The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including repayment of an upcoming bond maturity.

At 2:03pm: (LON:EXPN) Experian PLC share price was +20.5p at 1651.5p
