Bluefield Solar Income to raise £50m

Bluefield Solar Income Fund plans to raise up to £50m through a placing of new ordinary shares under the placing programme announced on 26 October 2015.

The issue price will be 101.0 pence which represents a premium of 3.0% to the unaudited 30 September net asset value of 102.79 pence, reduced by both the fourth interim dividend of 1.50 pence per ordinary share for the financial year ending 30 June declared on 4 October and the first interim dividend of 3.25 pence per share which is being declared today and to which the new shares will not be entitled.
