Accrol floats on AIM at £93m

Accrol Group Holdings has raised £63.5m, gross, through a placing of 63.5 million existing and new ordinary shares at 100 pence apiece ahead of its first day of trading on AIM giving it a market capitalisation of around £93m.

The net proceeds will be used to repay all shareholder loan notes and refinance existing debt.

Chairman Peter Cheung said: "We are delighted to have received such a high level of interest from institutional investors for our AIM listing. On behalf of the board I would like to take this opportunity to welcome our new shareholders to the business. We look forward to implementing our strategy and embarking upon this new stage in Accrol's development together."
