BlackRock Latin American NAV falls

BlackRock Latin American Investment Trust's net asset value returned -30.9% in US dollar terms (-27.0% in sterling terms) in the year to the end of December compared with a benchmark return of -30.8% (-26.8% in sterling terms).

The share price returned -30.6% in US dollar terms (-26.6% in sterling terms). All percentages calculated with income reinvested.

Since 31 December and up to the close of business on 4 March, the company’s NAV has increased by 13.1% in sterling terms and by 9.1% in US dollars. The share price has increased by 12.9% in sterling and by 8.9% in US dollars over the same period.
