BlueCrest AllBlue name change

25 February 2016 08:32

BlueCrest AllBlue Fund's name has changed to Highbridge Multi-Strategy Fund and the new TIDM for the sterling share class is HMSF.

This follows approval yesterday by US dollar and sterling class shareholders to permit investment into the Highbridge Multi-Strategy Fund. The company's investment into HMSF will take effect from 1 March.

As part of the proposals, shareholders were offered the opportunity to redeem up to 100% of their shares in the company.

The cash exit offer closed at 5p.m. on 22 February. The final number of shares to be redeemed remains subject to finalisation of the conversion ratio for the US dollar shares into sterling shares. However, based on the latest estimated net asset value per Share as at 19 February, the company will have approximately GBP262m, having taken account of cash exit proceeds.

At 8:32am: (LON:BABS) Bluecrest Allblue Fund GBP share price was +0.65p at 187.45p
