Caledonia Investments declares dividend

24 February 2016 13:24

Caledonia Investments' board has declared a second interim dividend of 38.3p per share for the year ending 31 March.

This is intended to replace the final dividend that would normally be paid in August in light of the changes to the personal taxation of dividend income which take effect for the next tax year.

The second interim dividend will be paid on 1 April to shareholders registered at the close of business on 4 March. The ex-dividend date will be 3 March. Together with the interim dividend paid on 7 January of 14.3p per share, the total dividend for the year ending 31 March is expected to be 52.6p per share (2015 - 50.6p per share), a 4% increase.

At 1:24pm: (LON:CLDN) Caledonia Investments Plc share price was -47.5p at 2192.5p
