ADAM to invest a further $3m in Adamas' GCCF

05 October 2015 07:31

Adamas Finance Asia Limited has agreed to invest US$3m in the Greater China Credit Fund managed by Adamas Global Alternative Investment Management Inc. Adamas has acted as investment manager for the company since February 2014. ADAM's investment represents its second contribution to the GCCF, taking its total investment in the fund to US$4 million, after an initial investment of US$1 million in 2013.

GCCF has paid ADAM regular income distributions with a target dividend yield of 8% per annum. GCCF targets investments in a range of sectors including agriculture, natural resources, clean energy, consumer opportunities and health care, among others.

ADAM's holding in GCCF also entitles it to participate in co-investment opportunities in proportion to its overall holding which potentially gains it access to additional direct investments.
