To minimise disruption to your share dealing caused by postal strikes you may wish to consider our ‘Nominee’ and 'Payment by BACS’ services ~ the majority of our clients have opted for our Nominee service.
From today Royal Mail staff are taking part in a 48 hour strike. This action is expected to effect all mail collections and deliveries including Special Delivery.
About Nominees: takes away the hassles and headaches of paperwork associated with the buying and selling of shares. In times of decreasing delivery and settlement times, this service offers a secure, fast and efficient settlement process. It means that you will never have to worry again about losing a share certificate or missing settlement deadlines. Download Nominees Form.
About BACS: a quick and efficient way of receiving funds. Set up your account to receive settlement directly into your bank or building society account there is no inconvenience of having to pay cheques in and waiting for them to clear. Cheques could be subject to postal delays or have a small risk of going astray. Furthermore cheque fraud is an increasing problem so using BACS is a safer option. Download BACS Form.
