Should you wish to obtain a copy of the personal data we hold on you please write to the Compliance Department at Redmayne-Bentley LLP 9 Bond Court, Leeds LS1 2JZ with a cheque for £10 payable to Redmayne-Bentley for our administration costs. As soon as we are satisfied as to your identity we will send you, within 40 days of receipt of your written request and the fee, a copy of all the data we hold concerning you. Please contact us at the same address if you have any reason to believe the data we hold on you is inaccurate.
2.1 We will collect and use personal information about you in order to administer the services to be provided to you, for banking and credit assessment, for market research and statistical analysis and for marketing to you products and services which we feel will be of interest to you.
