The Inheritance Tax Portfolio Service
The Inheritance Tax (IHT) Portfolio Service is designed to help limit the effect of inheritance tax without limiting access to and ownership of the capital. By taking advantage of Business Property Relief (BPR) on qualifying shares your client can claim 100 per cent tax relief once the investments have been held for two years.
Discretionary Managed Service
The discretionary managed service can be tailored to suit your clients’ individual circumstances, objectives and timescales. For instance a portfolio can be constructed to provide regular redemptions to pay for school fees or high levels of income to supplement a pension, or an increased risk profile to try and achieve higher levels of capital growth for when it may be needed in future years.
Value Investment Portfolio (VIP)
The Value Investment Portfolio (VIP) has an overall objective of medium to long-term creation and preservation of wealth utilising an overall medium level of risk. If you wish to pursue a more individual investment policy then our bespoke discretionary service may be more suitable for your clients’ needs.
The Advisory Portfolio Service
The advisory service is designed for clients with all levels of experience who want to take an active interest and be in control of the construction and ongoing maintenance of their portfolio, but wish to take advice on the strategy employed and the assets to be held.
Dealing with Advice Service
This service is designed to assist on a proactive or reactive basis, providing advice on individual transactions. However, investments are not monitored on an ongoing or holistic basis, which is the case with our advisory managed service. We do not provide advice on life assurance and other financial planning products to private clients and therefore, we are recognised by the FCA as a restricted advice firm.
Execution-Only Share Dealing
For those who wish to make their own investment decisions.
