Client Survey Responses

We regularly ask a selection of clients to complete our Client Feedback survey to ensure they are happy with the service they receive.

In November 2013, 2,000 clients were randomly selected and invited to take part in our Customer Feedback survey. Over 370 clients took part.

Execution-Only Share Dealing

  • Over 94% said they could contact us with ease.
  • Over 93% said that their requests are dealt with promptly and satisfactorily.

Advisory Investment Management

  • 94% said their investment manager understood their investment objectives.
  • Keeping in contact with clients is important to us, 95% find the written reviews we send out helpful.

Discretionary Investment Management

  • 99% said their investment manager understood their investment objectives.
  • Over 95% said investment decisions made on their behalf were explained sufficiently.
